Here is a basic overview into the keys areas we focus our development into.
Data Analysis
We use data analysis as an important tool to understand the drivers technique as accurately as possible and identify critiques that can be made to maximise performance. Its important also for the drivers who are serious about turning their racing into a career, to learn how to read data before their transition into car racing.
We also use the data to evaluate changes made to the chassis, if those changes are positive or negative to the karts overall performance.
Developing personal analysis
It is important to us to encourage personal analysis, or self awareness within our drivers. This is a skill set which can define the good from the great and skyrocket ones career.
We want our drivers to not only be fast, but understand why they are fast. This allows our drivers to be able to be fast all the time, removing the requirement for repetitive practice for their memory, rather giving them the tools to be a professional driver in the future.
Meticulous kart preparation
This area extends past the drivers a little and onto the parents and mechanics that support them. It is crucial to be diligent with maintaining your kart over a race weekend for a few reasons.
-Risk managment, limit your chances of something going wrong.
-Performance Maximisation. Achieving synchronization across your total kart allows the best opportunity for success.
